Terry Kays - Financial Planner
Terry is the founding member of Premier Investment Solutions with over 40 years of experience in banking and finance and has tertiary qualifications in financial planning, accounting and banking. He has been providing financial planning advice since 1992 and is a Certified Financial Planner.
Terry has a diverse financial planning background which includes working with a major bank, national accounting firm and leading insurance company. During his career, he has been recognised with a number of prestigious, national awards – ‘Top Adviser of Year’ (Commonwealth Financial Services) and ‘Most Outstanding Contribution’ (Stockford Financial Services). He is a member of the Gippsland Chapter of the Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA) and in December 2012 Terry was recognised for his dedication and service to the Financial Planning Association with a Fellowship Award.
These days Terry runs the Premier Investment Solutions office as the business’ Office Manager.
Terry is married to Rosemaree and has 3 adult children. In his spare time, he is a keen sports follower and enjoys travelling with Rosemaree.
Andrew Kays - Financial Planner
Andrew is the leading Financial Planner at Premier Investment Solutions and has qualifications in accounting and financial planning. He has over 15 years’ experience in the finance industry, with a strong history working as a business service and taxation accountant for 7 years before joining the Premier Investment Solutions group.
Andrew’s focus is to build the ‘Premier Investment Solutions’ brand into one of the leading financial services firms in Gippsland. In addition to being the lead financial planner, Andrew also manages business development and marketing activities for the company.
Away from the office, Andrew loves his sport and will find any excuse to watch or participate in any sport. During the off season, you will see him sitting on the wing at the MCG supporting his beloved Melbourne Football Club, while during summer, he is generally chasing around a ball and trying to make runs on the cricket pitch.
Andrew and Terry are supported by Shayla who manages office administration and Jenny, the company’s paraplanner.
